How do I return an item?

You have up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return any merchandise that you are not happy with. Apparel or Hard parts that have been washed, worn, or used may not be returned.

Contact Proride to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Contact Customer Service here.

Circle the item(s) you are returning on the front side of the packing slip enclosed with your order.

You may receive an exchange for the item(s) ordered. No refunds.

Manufactures warrantees are done through manufacture.  

Enclose the completed packing list with the item you are returning. (It's a good idea to make a copy for your records.) Package the item(s) securely (in the original package if possible), mark the RA (Return Authorization) number on the outside, and send back to Proride. Individually packaged items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (e.g. shoes). For your protection, ship via UPS or US Postal Service.

Packages must be returned prepaid. Please note that shipping and handling are nonrefundable. For exchanges, we ask that you include $5.00 to cover the cost for Proride to ship back the exchanged product.
